PURCHASE MY PASS

  • Please purchase your pass through our website via our ticketing platform, Sched. If you are purchasing multiple tickets, make sure that each ticket has a unique email address associated with it as this will allow you to create unique schedules for each person

  • Instantly after you purchase your ticket you will receive an email from sched on next steps. To view your ticket order details or update the information on your ticket, log in to your Sched account.

  • Please enter the promo code at the top of the ticket purchasing page and hit apply before you select your ticket type and quantity. This will apply the discount to the appropriate ticket type and then select the quantity and check out from there.   • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, but you are free to transfer your tickets or resell them at face value or less. You must get approval to sell them from our team first as we have had challenges with fake tickets and spammers trying to sell fake tickets.

TICKET PURCHASES

SCHEDULING

  • Once you’ve purchased a pass, you will automatically receive an email from Sched.com where you may go online and create your profile and once the schedule is released in late Spring around March, register for classes. To register for a class, simply click the checkbox for the session or event that you’d like and it will be added to your schedule. You’ll know a class has been added once you see the check mark.

  • Instantly after you purchase your ticket you will receive an email from sched on next steps. To view your ticket order details or update the information on your ticket, log in to your Sched account.

  • • Each pass must have a unique email address associated with it (i.e. that you and your husband/wife/friend aren’t using the same email for two passes).

    • If you are an existing Sched user, your account will be linked to the pass purchased so you can schedule classes (after schedule has been released sometime mid-March).

    • If you are a new Sched user, a Sched account will be created using your email address associated with your pass, and the ticket linked to it.

  • To log back in, please click on https://theomfestival.sched.com/login. You’ll need to know the email address for your Sched account.

  • Please change your profile to public so we can utilize SCHED to its full potential. SCHED is automatically set to private when you login and create your account. We highly encourage you to set it to public so you can interact, network and communicate with fellow Om’ies, teachers, musicians and more. SCHED is a great networking tool and your teachers can interact with you if you set it to public.

  • No, once you select the classes you want to attend and log out, you are confirmed and your schedule is ready to go. Check back and change your schedule as many times as you’d like up until the day of your class.

  • Login by going to Sched.com. Please remember that you’ll need to login with the account that you purchased a ticket under. You can also view your schedule at any time by viewing your profile page (you can get here by clicking your profile photo in the navigation bar).

  • If you are logged in and have created a personal schedule, you are able to print your personal schedule by clicking the “Print” button on the sidebar and selecting the “My Schedule” tab. Most of our attendees are green and download the SCHED app on their phones.

  • To log back in, please click on https://theomfestival.sched.com/login. You’ll need to know the email address for your Sched account.

  • We encourage you to change the default settings to public but if you want it private. To set your account to private please login, click the arrow in the top right, click “Settings” then click “Change your username, password and privacy settings.” Click Hide my profile & schedule then click “Save Profile.”

  • If you do not see the activation email from Sched.com, please check your spam/junk mail folder or use the “Forgot Password?” link on the log in page.
