Solange Ross
Solange Ross is a pelvic floor physical therapist, Level 4 Franklin Method Educator and ACE certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Solange specializes in care for women at all stages of life, treating pelvic pain, postpartum rehabilitation, bowel and bladder issues, diastasis recti and pelvic floor and core dysfunctions. She became passionate about women’s health through her own postpartum and perimenopause journey, and seeing the lack of resources and information available to help navigate these transitions. She integrates the principles of the Franklin Method, which is a therapeutic approach using imagery and functional anatomy that can be applied to everyday movement and exercise. Her work with the Franklin Method helps students build confidence and body awareness while improving their posture, balance, strength, mood, and finding joy in movement. Solange helps to guide her students to build a better connection and insight into their bodies. Solange is the owner of Complete Core, LLC, a boutique physical therapy practice in New York City offering in-home physical therapy visits, prenatal and postpartum consultations, and Franklin Method movement sessions. She is a mom to 3 teenagers and enjoys swimming, skiing, being active with her family, and spending time in nature.
