Jessica Otieno

Jessica Otieno is a yoga teacher, energy practitioner, and guide devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom through the language of the body and the subtle energy field.

After spending over a decade in the structured world of federal government, Jessica felt a deep inner calling to explore a more authentic and aligned way of living. That path led her into the study of yoga, Ayurveda, and the subtle energy systems of the body—where science, consciousness, and lived experience meet. What began as a personal journey of healing and self-discovery evolved into a lifelong devotion to understanding how our internal patterns shape our external lives.

With a background in biology and years of experience working with tools such as live aura and chakra imaging, Jessica brings a unique perspective that bridges the physical and energetic. Her work explores how the nervous system, emotional patterns, and energy field interact—offering insight into why we feel stuck, disconnected, or out of alignment, and how we can begin to shift those patterns in a sustainable way.

Through Kundalini yoga, breathwork, sound, and guided awareness practices, Jessica creates spaces that invite both curiosity and transformation. Her teaching is grounded, accessible, and deeply experiential—encouraging participants to move beyond intellectual understanding and into direct connection with their own body and energy.

She is the founder of Many Paths Wellness, a community-centered space dedicated to self-discovery, healing, and conscious living. Whether working one-on-one or in group settings, Jessica meets individuals where they are, offering tools and perspective that empower them to reconnect with their truth, their energy, and their path.

Her work is rooted in a simple yet powerful belief: that within each person exists an innate intelligence and awareness, waiting to be remembered. Through presence, practice, and exploration, she guides others back to that place—where clarity, alignment, and a deeper sense of joy and possibility can unfold.
