"Ankati Day is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, Ecstatic Dance DJ, ceremonialist, and experience weaver who has been guiding transformational spaces since 2012. Based on the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine, she is the founder of Seacoast Ecstatic Dance, a thriving community she has been cultivating since 2019. Through yoga teacher trainings across Central and South America and retreats around the world, her work bridges practice and lived experience, inviting students into something deeply embodied and real.

Rooted in a reverence for connection and community, Ankati’s offerings are designed to feel like a remembering. Of self, of rhythm, of belonging. Blending movement, music, ritual, and presence, she creates spaces where people can soften, awaken, and come home to themselves, both on and off the mat.
