KAT HARMON
Kat Harmon is a movement guide, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and community builder with nearly four decades of dance experience and over two decades of teaching, choreography, and facilitation.
Her work blends dance, yoga, somatic movement, nervous system support, breathwork, and energy work, to help people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel safe, playful, and empowering. Kat’s approach is trauma-aware, accessible, and rooted in the belief that movement is medicine — not as performance, but as presence.
Kat is the founder of the Meant to Move Project and Love the Shit Out of Yourself, offerings centered on radical self-acceptance, embodied awareness, and remembering your inherent worth through movement and self-connection. Her facilitation style prioritizes expression over perfection, inviting participants to listen inward, move intuitively, and reconnect with joy.
At OM Festival, Kat will be leading Meant to Move Project, It’s Time to Love the Shit Out of Yourself, and Wake & Shake — inclusive, high-vibe experiences designed to wake up the body, calm the nervous system, and help participants start their day feeling grounded, alive, and connected.
All levels, all bodies, and all humans are welcome.
If you can breathe, you can move.
