Cornflower makes living music for the dancefloor. A genre-bending vocalist, live-looper, and sound alchemist, he builds full-spectrum journeys using only the human voice as his primary instrument, stacking beats, bass, harmony, and mantra-like lyrics into grooves that feel part prayer, part party, part psychedelic transmission. His sets move from stillness into full-body release, then back again; music as ceremony, movement as medicine.

Rooted in the jam band lineage and stretched into funk, electronica, and global soul, Cornflower’s sound lives somewhere between Phish jams, Michael Jackson swagger, Al Jarreau finesse, and Björk-level curiosity. It’s structured but improvised, spiritual but sweaty, conscious without being preachy. Think ecstatic dance meets late-night flow state.

Since 2017, Cornflower has been a fixture on Ecstatic Dance floors across the U.S. and Canada, weaving community through melody and rhythm in cities, festivals, and sacred spaces. A longtime student of Bobby McFerrin, his work is about presence, connection, and collective elevation, helping people drop out of their heads, into their bodies, and connect deeper with themselves and with each other.
